Stuff Update

Updated OFP Aspect Ratio package - added 15:9 screen support. Although I've written that previous version was supposed to be final, after I've figured out that 15:9 is easy to add I could not have not implement it.

Screen 15:9 is basically merged 16:9 and 5:4. Example resolution is 1280x768.
