Description:
Changes weather values in the memory. Game updates weather condition every couple of seconds. Changes done to tide and wave values are reverted between missions. When changing sea level I recommend to execute this command on all machines to avoid desynchronization.
Purpose:
Modify sea level for more/less land. Stop cloud movement for taking screenshots.
