CJE has released his CJE Island Pack on the OFP.Info Forums. The pack contains 9 islands: Winter Nogova (Updated since first release), Winter Malden, Winter Everon, Desert Nogova, Desert Nogova 2, Desert Everon, Desert Everon 2, Desert Malden, and Desert Malden 2.
