Addon Update

I've modified a couple of addons (Handsignals, TOP1, MAP_KeyControl) to use the new Fwatch presence check. No error messages will appear if you don't happen to have Fwatch hooked. The point is to drop support of the old methods (fwatch.pbo addon).
