Misc Update

OFP Aspect Ratio package - updated documentation. Installer is available again.

I've also started work on a new version. I'll probably release it along with Fwatch 1.16.

Fwatch hotfix #2 - turned out I haven't fully eradicated previous bug. Please redownload.

I've also updated this website so that links to news (on this page and on RSS feed) will lead to a page with download links.
