Addon Update

BN_tracer_red to version 1.1. Added more customization options.

Two things I were wrong about this addon:
1) It's not working globally but locally. Tracers are created by a local command.
2) Making it shining wasn't a modification because it was shiny already. The reason I've mentioned it in readme was that not all model points were set to 'shining'. Anyway, it's working perfectly in both addons.
